Our Adult Program

Traditional practice: Our program is rooted in the traditional practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), which emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline. We teach our students the fundamental techniques of BJJ, as well as the philosophy and mindset that make the art so effective.

Physical fitness: No matter your fitness level, BJJ is a great way to get in shape. It is a full-body workout that challenges your strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. In addition to the physical benefits, BJJ can also help you to improve your mental focus and discipline.

Community: We believe that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is more than just a physical activity. It is also a way to build community and make friends. Our program is a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow.

We know that the hardest part of starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is often just walking through the front door. But we promise that you won’t regret it. Our instructors are friendly and experienced, and they will help you to get started on your journey.

What our students have to say...

“It all starts at the top, with Professor John George. First, his accomplishments and levels of proficiency in several MA/MMA disciplines is daunting, but he exhibits a humble and accepting/inclusive demeanor, it’s about the martial arts (and the excitement of learning), not him. He sets a tone of friendly and respectful discipline, unity, and honor.” – Michael D.
