Our Kids Program

If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding physical activity that can also help your child to improve their mental and emotional health, then Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a great option. We invite you and your kids to come give it a try!

Confidence: BJJ is a great way to build confidence. As kids learn new techniques and improve their skills, they will develop a sense of self-efficacy and self-assurance. They will also learn how to overcome challenges and persevere in the face of adversity.

 

Coordination: A great way to improve coordination, the techniques of BJJ require a high degree of body awareness and spatial reasoning. As children practice these techniques, they will develop better coordination and balance.

Friendships: Spending time with peers on the mat is a great way to make friends. Our kids classes are upbeat engaging, so children have the opportunity to get to know each other well. They will also learn how to work together as a team, which is an essential skill for success in life.
